Time has nothing on Tina Turner‘s famous legs: The pop star’s gams were just voted the Sexiest Celebrity Legs in a poll by Hanes Hosiery. Overall, women voted Turner’s legs the sexiest, but men preferred Beyoncé‘s stems. Here’s the full list, including runners up (so to speak):
- Tina Turner, 18 percent of the vote
- Jennifer Aniston, 17 percent
- Beyoncé Knowles, 16 percent
- Taylor Swift, 7 percent
- Tennis pro Maria Sharapova, 6 percent
- Lady Gaga, 2 percent
Which celebs do you think deserved to be at the top of the list? Off the top of my head, I’d have to say that Julianne Hough’s toned calves and thighs deserved to place.
Also in leg history, Mariah Carey’s legs were famously insured for $1 billion after Gillette awarded her the “Legs of a Goddess” award (giant statue included!), and Heidi Klum insured her catwalking gams a few years ago for $2.2 million.
