Say it ain’t so, Mr. Big! Chris Noth told Parade.com that he doesn’t think a Sex and the City 3 is in the cards. But, he says, he’s been wrong before.
“I don’t see it happening. But what do I know?” the actor said. “I’m always pleasantly surprised if they do one, and I’m not disappointed if they don’t.”
We love nothing more than a new Big/Carrie story, but sometimes it’s better to let sleeping dogs lie, especially with the current media hooplah over the franchise.
“It actually got to the point with the movies that we had to make up plotlines so that people wouldn’t know what we were doing and expose it and it be all over the papers. That was pretty crazy,” he said. “You used to be able to go under the radar and have fun.”
It’s still fun to us — but we’d be lying if we said we aren’t wishing for a better script next time around.
