If there’s one thing Kegel exercises really aren’t, it’s sexy. The result is hot, but getting there is, well, more mechanical than sexual. Enter Dr. Daniel A., an anonymous doc who wants to help women connect sensually with their Kegels…through hypnosis.
He says most women know about the benefits of Kegel exercises that tone your pelvic floor (more intense orgasms, the ability to “feel” a man better, easier recovery after you have a baby, etc.), but they’re just not that jazzed about actually doing them. He says the dulcet tons and language of his recording, Hypnosis for a More Sensual Kegel, helps tie emotion to the workouts:
You can create this connection with an NLP technique called anchoring. The technique has two steps: 1) you recall a time when you were savoring the anticipation of an upcoming sexual encounter. As you recall this time, you’ll feel the anticipation return. 2) You perform the Kegel exercises while holding on to the feelings of anticipation. Repeat this process every day for a week (two weeks for some people) and you will build this emotional connection that motivates you to perform the exercises daily.

Hey Jamie. Thanks for the writeup. Just a tiny correction. I’m not a doctor. I’m an innovative hypnotist who specializes in hypnotically erotic audio stories.
Fixed. Thanks!
