We’re pretty much acolytes of Patti Stanger‘s (most of the time, anyway), and Shape.com hears us on that. The site recently put together its favorite quotes about relationships from the Millionaire Matchmaker herself. Here’s one of our faves:
“Life is not about a party. There are going to be ups and downs and trouble and things are going to happen that are not great. How do you ride that road, so to speak, that bumpy road, if you don’t have a partner in life? If you just think life’s a party, you’re going to end up being the last one at the party to leave.”
Agreed! But we must issue a word of warning: If things get super-bumpy within your relationship with your man, and there’s no real sign of the situation improving, it might be best to cut bait and kiss a few more frogs to find your prince (or princess). No one deserves to suffer in a relationship — and we think Patti would cheers to that!
