A new book by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards doles out some controversial relationship advice: If you slip up once on fidelity, don’t tell your spouse.
In Life Is Not a Reality Show: Keeping It Real With The Housewife Who Does It All, Richards says, “If you cheat on your spouse once do not tell. You get a free pass…” She elaborated on her statement on Good Morning America:
“I’ve seen circumstances with people that I know are in love with their spouse and they made one mistake and I said – this is somebody that I know, nobody that anybody knows here, ‘Listen, if this really was a one time mistake, and you did not put this person in jeopardy, I personally think you should deal with it with yourself and with God and not go and say: “Honey look what I did,”‘ because I knew that this would ruin their relationship and their life.”
She then joked that her husband was sitting in the green room “sweating bullets.” Richards insists that she’s not talking about herself, but (and this is purely speculation) we wouldn’t be surprised if she were talking about her husband’s infidelity. Sexy Mauricio seems a little too good to be true, yes?
What do you think: If you or your partner cheated once, would you heed Richards’s advice? Take the poll below!
