The site says of its 13 million members, 38,000 hail from DC — the most per capita on the site. What makes the city so ripe for steppin’ out?
Powerful men and women, particularly those in politics, “are massive risk takers,” Noel Biderman, CEO and founder of Ashley Madison, told the Daily News. In some cases, “they’re willing to transfer that to risk-taking to their personal lives,” he said.
Biderman added, “The more successful you are, the more prone to cheating you are…and Washington is full of successful people looking for something outside their marriage.”
Well, that explains pretty much every political cheating scandal ever. If you want to keep you spouse, maybe suggest that he or she goes into, say, data entry instead.
