The iconic stoop on Sex and the City that Carrie Bradshaw trotted down for many a date now belongs to a new owner: The four-story, five-bedroom townhouse filmed as Carrie’s abode on the first three seasons of the show just sold for $9.85 million.
Although the property is located at 64 Perry St., in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, Carrie’s character actually lived on the Upper East Side, on 73rd St., between Park and Madison.
More trivia: Project Runway‘s Tim Gunn once lived in one of the building’s apartments, so the place is truly rife with fashion history.
