The mastermind behind the wallpaper, Nai Vasha, who has worked on stage productions in Las Vegas, told us she was struck with the idea to celebrate ladies’ backsides in a most unusual place.
“Booty Wall Paper was inspired by the stack of magazines that entertain my trips to the porcelain throne,” she said. “I have male roommates, and they always keep periodicals of hot chicks around. Seemed only right to blow up the content and create my own language of figure obsession. As a fitness-driven female, I admire the contour lines and form of my body and other women. We are so beautiful, so perfectly constructed, and I value the details of our architecture.”
Plastering booty on your wall isn’t free, of course — a four-by-six-foot sheet will run you $300 at Jupiterpluvius.com — but when you think about it, it’s really an artistic investment.
