Once the big dinner’s leftovers have been put away, there’s plenty to celebrate: Namely, that the time with your in-laws is coming to a close, and before long, you and your honey will be able to score some precious alone time. Here are a few cocktails to whip up for your guests if you’re feeling nice, or for you and your significant other if you’re feeling naughty:
Hot Buttered Cider
• 2-3oz unfiltered apple cider
• 1 bar spoon of spiced butter
Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Steam until butter dissolves, and serve.
Sparkling Cherry & Spice
Created by Jonathan Pogash, The Cocktail Guru
• 2 oz Chandon Rosé sparkling wine (chilled)
