So, a recent study from Swedbank’s real estate affiliate Fastighetsbyrån, showed that when considering property and neighbors, Swede’s would rather live next door to sex crazed couples than party animals, or even less, “the little old lady from Stockholm!” The survey also showed that only a small percentage of Swede’s wanted to avoid neighbors who walk around nude in their apartment with their drapes open ( I nod knowingly - Love those Swede’s), umm - Can you Sex and the City loyalists say, Dante & Samantha? Here are some tips when flirting in Sweden part 3 and 4.

It turns out that the need for contraception-themed sex ed is global…at least South Korea-global:
Professor Shin Kyung-lim from Ewha Womans University said that in her survey of 6,000 students, she found few have any inhibitions left about premarital action between the sheets.
“We found more people are sexually active nowadays,” she remarked to the Korea Times.
Hooray for the libertines! But here’s the bad news:
“But information or precautions regarding such behaviour is very inadequate, often leading to pregnancy and abortion,” the professor added.

We do need a special place to dispose of our unmentionables…we wouldn’t want to go scaring the neighbors in the manner of “Rear Window.” Read on for what happened when it came time for a man and his love doll to part:
Police in Japan have been left red-faced by an apparent murder that turned out to be an unusual case of mistaken identity.
It began in the morning with a frantic call from a couple who had spotted a “corpse” while out walking their dog in a mountain forest in Izu, central Japan, the ZakZak news website reported today.
Fifteen officers were dispatched to the scene, where they discovered a human form wrapped in plastic and tightly bound around the neck, midriff and ankles, with hair protruding from one end.
The body was left untouched and taken away for examination, and the crime scene duly secured by a police cordon.

Here are 5 ways to keep a long distance relationship red hot.
1. Pamper yourself. This is a great time to visit a toy store and pick up a few goddies you’ve always wanted to try out. Indulge your desire to experiment with solo sex…and let your man know what you’re up to. This may make from some…
2. Hot phone sex. The phone is perhaps one of the most erotic tools of the modern age. And it keeps getting better with photo and video capability. Provocative text messages, sweet, hot whispers down the line. Tell him your dirtiest fantasies about him and chat about what turns you both on. You may soon find yourself going hands-free. But if you’re feeling vintage try…
3. The old-fashioned love letter. If you’re not much of a writer, go to the great classics of erotica (A.N. Roquelare, aka Anne Rice, is great for modern, steamy prose whereas Lady Chatterley’s Lover or Story of O are well-suited if you want to trip back a few decades.) Otherwise, write down what you are too bashful to say. Part of the joy of letter writing is fine stationery and even a spritz of his favorite scent.
4. IOU… a sensual massage…kisses up and done your spine… Make getting back in the same city an arrival to remember. Email or send erotic IOUs to your honey that can be redeemed upon return to you warm embrace.
5. Why not make use of modern technology? Hook it up with a video cam on your computer…and let the good times roll…long distance…with your own live video chat.

So, if you can’t keep your hands off the tabloids filled with virgins and non-virgins and young mother and sad Jennifer and John break-up news…check out The Virginity Project, a blog that collects stories about the first time from a wonderfully broad range of sources. (By the way, she’s not surprised about “Harry Potter’s” early sexual debut, but I totally agree: I’m surprised that wee Danny Radcliffe ended up such a stud!)
Read an excerpt here:
Mary. Aged 26, from North Carolina.
‘Hey Kate,
To start with, I wasn’t raised religiously, but I became an evangelical Christian when I was sixteen. So I grew up thinking of sex as a natural, value-neutral thing. I looked forward to having it, but it was still something that was a long way off and thus not too worrisome.
Joining the church changed that. I bought into the idea that ‘good Christians’ remained pure and waited until marriage. When I went to college, I immersed myself in another evangelical church, where I basically only knew church people who also felt the same way about relationships and sex.
Although it was common to hear couples talking about ‘struggling with purity’, the public expectation was that everyone was waiting till marriage. My friends today are shocked when I tell them how many of my friends got married so young, right out of college, but when you’re waiting (or you at least planned to wait); it begins to make a lot more sense. More.

You may know Carla Bruni as a supermodel from the ’90s, a singer, from this month’s Vogue or as the wife of the president of France. Regardless, this woman who is perhaps the next Jackie O (postulates Vogue) has recently said she has slept with 15 men before her husband.Confident, beautiful, stylish, open, sane about her sexuality, and talented.
We can learn more from French women than how not to get fat.

In Sydney, Australia, they just set up “homophobia-free” zones and Hallmark, the traditionally conservative greeting card powerhouse, is making cards to celebrate same-sex, well, hallmarks. Seems like this year, gay is more than OK. Will the opposition get on that band wagon already? What will a homophobia-free zone be like?
“The move, passed by a vote of five to four, could allow City of Sydney Council to revoke late-night trading privileges for venues if their patrons commit homophobic abuse or violence, and require venues to include anti-homophobia measures in staff training and patron management.” (Reported by the Australian)
What are Hallmark’s cards like?

Brits are kings of kink, and I don’t mean the band.
Here’s a report from the Daily Star tabloid on a new documentary “The British Suck in Bed.” Makes me wonder…with our conservative climate, how kinky must we Americans be? Where’s a new Kinsey Report when you need one?
KINGS OF KINK
By Steven Hughes
Saucy Swedes are the randiest while Germans love sex toys the most.
The French are at it all the time and Italians love filming their romps, according to a new Europe-wide sex poll.
Brits topped the table as the most romantic and the least likely to want to have sex on the first date.
And the study says 69% of Germans reckon sex lasts for two hours.
We fared less well on that score, with Brits revealing the average session lasted just five minutes. Read the rest here.

(We’re certain it wasn’t Swedish hunk Freddie Ljungberg who complained. He may have to go without if shopping at Apoteket, but we have a few ideas on how to keep him happy.)
Sometimes people just have too much time on their hands! Men in Sweden got their panties in a ruffle because the state-owned pharmacy only stocks sexual aids for females. Sometimes activism just seems like attention seeking. Read all about it in David Thomas’ article in the Daily Telegraph:
, the state-run chain in Sweden, has been reported to JämO, the country’s equal opportunities ombudsman, over its decision to stock only female sex aids. (See below.)

The chain introduced the lines of vibrators and other items (from LELO) in June, but two claims have already been made against it.
One said that Apoteket was guilty of double standards, giving a “misguided and untrue view on sexuality where a woman with a dildo is seen as liberated, strong and independent, whereas a man with a blow up plastic vagina is viewed as disgusting and perverted.”
But the company has defended its decision, saying it would stock sex toys for men if there were any good ones on the market.
Eva Fernvall, who oversees products for Apoteket said the company believed “there are no products of good quality for men on the market”.
“Should there be such products specifically for men, then there is nothing stopping us from selling them,” she added.
The ombudsman has rejected the claims, saying that “Apoteket’s goods are made available to men and women, and therefore Apoteket does not break the law regarding sex discrimination”.
